What challenges and opportunities do you see for your clients?

Brand loyalty is harder to achieve these days. Your brand not only has to have a clear and relevant purpose, bringing value not only to the consumer, but to the world at large, it also has to deliver a great experience, consistently over time. And, with the expectations that people have on experience increasing all the time, it isn’t easy to do. But that is also the opportunity!

Where are you born and raised?

I am born and raised in New York. Though I have lived in Sweden for many years now, I am forever a New Yorker at heart.

What do you do on your time off?

I spend as much time as I can with my three kids – a proud soccer and gymnastics Mom. Take long walks with my dog. Travel (remember when….) And, like many Swedes, I have jumped on the Padel bandwagon and play regularly with friends and occasionally with my husband (he is better than me, so we are working on that!).
