Marielle Nyberg

Manager, Operations Transformation, PwC Sweden

As a management consultant in procurement and supply chain, my focus is on driving transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and create value for our clients. I work closely with clients to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement. By applying proven methods and innovative solutions, I help reshape their operating models and implement optimized workflows. Through engaged collaboration and a structured approach, I ensure that each transformation project delivers lasting results and supports long-term growth.

What challenges and opportunities do the companies you work with have?

Within the operations-domain I see many companies struggling to break old habits and implement new processes, which prevents them from achieving cost savings and increasing value creation. At the same time, digitalization offers an enormous opportunity to improve transparency, automate routine tasks, and use data analytics for better decision-making.

How do you help PwC’s clients?

Together with my colleagues at PwC, I help clients both identify challenges and improvement potential, as well as execute major transformations across multiple organizations and processes.

Var är du född och uppvuxen?

I grew up in southern Stockholm but have spent extended periods studying in both London and my favorite city, Tokyo. I also feel at home in the north and have my second home during the summers in the beautiful Swedish High Coast.

Vad gör du på fritiden?

In everyday life, I enjoy good food at home or at a nice restaurant with friends. But when the opportunity arises, I love to go on adventures. This can be anything from a pleasant mushroom-picking trip in the forest to mountain climbing or skydiving.
