There are naturally several paths of contact for anyone wishing to report violations of PwC’s Code of Conduct. We encourage individuals outside of PwC to take up the matter first with their contact person or someone else at PwC.
For anyone who is not comfortable with this or who doesn’t know who to contact, PwC's Ethics Helpline is available for both our employees and individuals outside of PwC. A report is submitted either online or by telephone, and you can choose to remain anonymous.
The website is available in English, but the reports can be written in Swedish. The system is run by an independent third party that has been engaged by PwC to document issues and reports. An employee on PwC's Ethics Team or in PwC's Legal Affairs division will subsequently receive the report and begin an investigation.
Reports that are private or of an improper nature will not be handled.
