Welcome to the Workiva User Community – a Nordic network for organisations that use Workiva and want to deepen and mature their use of the platform.

This is a closed, invitation-only forum for selected Norwegian, Danish and Swedish Workiva customers. Here, clients and specialists from PwC Sweden and PwC Norway meet to share experiences, insights and concrete ways to get more value from Workiva across financial reporting, sustainability and GRC.

As Workiva’s leading Nordic implementation partner, PwC works across industries and borders. That has taught us three things:

• Implementation is only the beginning. The real value appears when organisations mature their use of the platform – and that journey accelerates dramatically through peer exchange.

• You are not solving this alone. Data integration, cross‑functional adoption, scaling across modules, managing regulatory change – the same questions keep coming up in different organisations.

• There is no Nordic forum today. Workiva conferences are global and product‑led. What’s missing is a practitioner‑driven Nordic forum where you can speak openly about what works, what doesn’t, and what’s next.

Who the community is for

The community is aimed at existing Workiva customers who want to:

• deepen their knowledge of the platform

• share and collect practical experiences from other users

• accelerate value from their current and future Workiva use cases

All participating organisations already have Workiva in place; the focus is on maturing and scaling the use of the platform, not on initial evaluation.

How it works

The Workiva User Community meets quarterly as a closed, invitation‑only group.

• Online sessions – focused on platform updates, PwC insights and quick-fire Q&A

• In-person meetings (twice a year) – deep-dive, topic-based discussions and breakout sessions driven by member priorities.  

A small number of organisations, at comparable complexity levels, preparing to begin their Workiva journey may be invited to selected sessions – giving them the opportunity to learn directly from your experience, and giving you a fresh perspective on foundational questions.

*We start with lunch to allow for travel, spend the afternoon in facilitated topic discussions and breakout sessions, and close with dinner – because the most valuable conversations rarely happen in a conference room.
