From your client work perspective, which are the major challenges companies face today?

The challenge most companies are dealing with today is how  to make an impact through creating sustainable change. My knowledge in HR and psychology enables me to focus on the individuals at the heart of each change, identifying key behaviours and motivations and co-creating change solutions that put people at the centre, and empower teams to reach business objectves.

What are your competencies? 

I have a background as a Management consultant, HR professional and driver of change and transformation. Originally from Australia, I have worked with clients within Australia, the Nordics and internationally for the past 7 years. My core competencies are in change management, design thinking, facilitation and organisational development.

Where were you born and raised?

In Melbourne, Australia.

What do you do in your spare time?

Climbing, yoga or skiing with friends. I love cross country and downhill skiing both in Sweden and the alps. I met my Swedish husband when we were skiing in Whistler which is how I ended up in Sweden.
